Xi'an biangbiang noodles in special chilli sauce at Xi'an Impression: Chewy, light and spicy: comfort food at its finest
Why is it so special?
Biangbiang noodles are a traditional dish from Shan Xi province in China, best known for the Terracotta Army. These fresh, hand-pulled noodles, are priced at only £8.80, and are drenched in a delicious spicy oil. Vegan (with crunchy pak choi) or with chunky beef (only £2 more). YES PLEASE!
Another favourite of mine from this restaurant is their spicy Xi'an beef burger (or their pork burger too!): warm and soft white bread filled with seasoned meat. Have it on the go or as a side.
