About Miel Bakery

Miel opened up on Warren street as a tiny, independent bakery, and soon established itself as a neighborhood name. Bakes are cooked fresh throughout the day, so if they've run out of caneles when you arrive, ask nicely and you may get one hot from the oven!

Why is it so special?

Shatteringly crisp, sugar-doused pastry topped with a lusciously thick crown of golden custard. The tang of the fresh raspberries nicely balances out the richness of the custard and the pastry.
