About Soft Serve Society
Boxed within one of those shipping container like units, this dessert shop based in Boxpark, Shoreditch offers a fun, chilled hangout spot with friends. Probably most famously known for its charcoal coconut soft serve and funky ice cream toppings (especially the toasted giant marshmallow).
Why is it so special?
Be on the look-out for their weekly specials, because I’d highly recommend the Lychee Rose and Taro flavours! Both make an occasional appearance on the specials menu. The taro ice cream was delicious – it had a soft nutty-vanilla flavour. The lychee rose was unexpectedly light and refreshing – fresh lychee taste with a hint of rose flavouring (which was not too overpowering). Other flavours pictured are genmaicha and charcoal coconut.
I’d definitely recommend to have the charcoal cone with the additional marshmallow ‘fluff’ – makes the whole experience extra dreamy and Instagram-friendly! 👍🏻
