Why is it so special?
Looks can be deceiving; this tiny unassuming honey cake which, when cut, reveals a luscious filling of creamy tonka bean custard. I'd liken the texture to that of a canele; with a sweet and chewy crust that gives way to a cool, subtly sweet filling.
