Super simple and yummy recipe for a lazy day!

Ingredients:

INGREDIENTS for 2:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1 bag of snap peas
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 2 salmon loins
  • Sesame oil
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp white sesame seeds

Method

  1. Preheat oven at 50C
  2. Cover one side of the salmon loins w/ mix of black & white sesame seeds & salt and pepper, then let it roast sesame seeds’ side up while cooking the rest
  3. Boil in water with salt the zucchini noodles for 3 mins, then dry & mix with lemon juice, some olive oil, salt & peper, put aside
  4. In a saucepan at medium heat, saute with a line of sesame oil the thinly sliced garlic for 1 min then add the snap peas and stir. Once soften, add some soy sauce & reduce heat
  5. In a large pan, heat some sesame oil & grill the salmon in the seeds side for 1 minute and the other side for 1/2 minute so is tender in the inside
  6. Cut, plate and…SERVE!!!!
