You only really become a level 4 vegan when throw cashews in a blender to make vegan cream. The outcome is a well known pasta dish, but vegan, with rich flavours, and you can’t taste the difference!
-Pasta for 1 person
-100g of cashews
-1 stick of corriander
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-1/2 a teaspoon of garlic granules
-1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
-1/2 a teaspoon of ground cumin
-1 tablespoon of crispy onions
-300g of tomato and basil pasta sauce (choose one with no garlic or onion like the one from Fody Foods)
-salt and pepper
Put everything in a blender, blend till smooth.
add pasta to boiling water, wait till it cooks, strain all the water out of the pan.
Pasta and sauce
Add sauce and pasta into the pan you just used and put back on a low to medium heat. Stir without stopping till pasta becomes as you like. Don’t be afraid to keep on heat, but be careful not to burn it!
